PERFORMANCEJAM mit LIVE-MUSIK

in der KONSERVE im OTTO / Haus der Statistik

Das Projekt • MOVE YOUR SHOES •

ist eine monatliche Reihe für Tanzimprovisation, die von dem Performancekollektiv • die elektroschuhe • organisiert wird.

Wir öffnen den Raum der im Otto und gestalten eine Bühne für alle,

die selber gern in Aktion treten und auch für diejenigen,

die einfach nur zuschauen wollen.

1 1/2 Stunden wird hier zu LIVE-MUSIK getanzt und improvisiert.

Im Vorfeld gibt es kurze Texte zu gesellschaftlichen Themen,

dIe man im weitesten Sinne als Inspiration für die Improvisation nutzen kann.

Im Vordergrund steht der gemeinsame Aktion von Profis und Laien.

Wir schaffen einen Raum für performative Kommunikation

und evozieren die Entstehung eines andersartigen Gemeinschaftsgefühls.

Bei einem Ausklang an der Bar können wir uns über den Abend austauschen oder einfach im Wäldchen weitertanzen.

Zu den Jams werden als Special-Guests Künstler*Innen

aus den verschiedensten Genres wie Schauspiel, Puppenspiel, Gesang und andere PerformerInnen eingeladen, um unterschiedliche Impulse zu setzen.

Das Tanzperformance-Kollektiv •die elektroschuhe• wurde 2009 von den vier TänzerInnen/Choregrafinnen Ini Dill, Daniel Drabek, Elly Fujita und Katja Scholz gegründet und arbeitet kontinuierlich mit der Musikerin Sabine Bremer und dem Musiker/ Videokünstler Arne Nitzsche zusammen.

In wechselnden Rollen bearbeitet das Kollektiv gesellschaftspolitische Themen und experimentiert mit räumlichen Besonderheiten im öffentlichen, privaten und Bühnenraum.

Zahlreiche Kooperationen mit bildenden Künstler*Innen, Videokünstler*Innen und Musiker*innen geben laufend neue Impulse für die Verknüpfung von Körper, Raum und Zeit.

Seit 2019 arbeiten • die elektroschuhe • in Kooperation mit der ZUsammenKUNFT am Haus der Statistik an Themen der Nachhaltigkeit und sind Mitglied der BÜHNEN im Haus der Statistik.

The project - MOVE YOUR SHOES - is a monthly series for

dance improvisation organized by the performance collective

We are opening up the space of the KONSERVE and we create a stage for everyone who likes to move and also for those who just want to watch.

There will be 1 1/2 hours of dancing and improvisation to LIVE MUSIC. Beforehand, there will be short texts on social topics that can be used as inspiration for the improvisation.

The focus is on professionals and amateurs dancing together.

We create a space for performative communication and

evoke the emergence of a different sense of community.

After the Jam we can talk about the evening at the bar

or simply continue dancing in the WÄLDCHEN.

Artists from various genres such as acting, puppetry,

singing and other performers are invited to the jams as

special guests to provide different impulses.

The dance performance collective -die elektroschuhe- was founded

in 2009 by the four dancers/choreographers Ini Dill, Daniel Drabek,

Elly Fujita and Katja Scholz and works continuously with the musician

Sabine Bremer and the musician/video artist Arne Nitzsche.

In changing roles, the collective deals with socio-political issues and experiments with spatial characteristics in public, private and stage spaces. Numerous collaborations with visual artists, video artists and musicians constantly provide new impulses for linking body, space and time.

Since 2019, the collective • die elektroschuhe • has been working on sustainability issues in cooperation with the ZUsammenKUNFT at the Haus der Statistik and is a member of BÜHNEN im Haus der Statistik.
